Service Delivery Policy

AgenticMCPStores is a SaaS platform — there is no physical shipment. This policy explains when and how your agentic commerce connectors (MCP integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms) are delivered and activated after your subscription payment is confirmed.
1. Service Activation
Most plans activate immediately upon payment confirmation. In all cases, your MCP connector and Agent API access will be fully operational within 24 hours of a confirmed payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your account credentials and a direct link to your dashboard.
2. Delivery Method
Service delivery is 100% digital. After activation, you access your store MCP endpoint, Agent API keys, and dashboard features through your merchant dashboard at agenticmcpstores.com. API keys are also delivered via the email address associated with your account. No physical goods are shipped at any point.
3. Setup & Onboarding
Once your plan is active, you can connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store in minutes using our guided onboarding wizard — no prior technical expertise required. Growth and Pro plans include priority onboarding support. Enterprise plans receive a dedicated onboarding session with our engineering team.
4. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for all MCP gateway and Agent API endpoints. Real-time status is available at agenticmcpstores.com/status. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and the status page. In the event of unplanned downtime, our on-call team responds within 1 hour for Pro and Enterprise plans.

If your service has not activated within 24 hours of payment, or if you experience any issue with delivery, please contact us at developers@agenticmcpstores.com. Include your account email and order reference number. Our support team responds within 1 business day for Starter plans, within 4 business hours for Growth and Pro, and with a dedicated SLA for Enterprise customers.
